梁嘉平,男,中共党员,博士,校聘教授,硕士生导师。云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才、云南省“创新之星”、太阳集团tyc5997高层次人才。主要从事旱区作物提质机理及其分子机制、芦笋和三七节水提质抗病的水炭耦合调控研究。获云南省科技进步一等奖1项(排名第四),在《Field Crops Research》、European Journal of Agronomy》、Journal of Hydrology》、《Agricultural Water Management》、《Science of The Total Environment》、《Industrial Crops and Products》、European journal of Soil Science》、Agronomy-Basel》、《Archives of Agronomy and Soil Science》、《Horticulturae》等国内外期刊上发表高水平论文 40余篇,其中第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文共27篇(累计影响因子为136.229),中科院一区TOP 期刊SCI 检索 16 篇,中科院二区SCI检索 8 篇,总被引次数419次。担任《Agronomy》和《Water》期刊的客座编辑。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才专项项目、云南省科技计划项目基础研究专项青年项目太阳集团tyc5997高层次人才引进项目、国家磷资源开发利用工程技术研究中心开放基金、长安大学重点科研平台开放基金项目。主讲本科和研究生课程有灌溉排水工程学水工钢筋混凝土结构灌溉排水工程学课程设计科技论文写作》、《设施食用玫瑰栽培》作为指导教师获得第八届中国国际“互联网+”老员工创新创业大赛国家铜奖1项第九届中国国际“互联网+”老员工创新创业大赛省级金奖1项、校级银奖、铜奖各1项;作为指导教师获第三届“华维杯”全国老员工农业水利工程及相关专业创新设计大赛1项;作为指导教师获第十三届“挑战杯”中国老员工创业计划竞赛校级二等奖1项,目前在读硕士研究生8人
